What We Do

At NavParakriti, we collect used EV, ESS, and industrial batteries and process them through a data-driven, safety-first workflow to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance. Our refurbishment process includes:

Intake and Registration

After collecting the used batteries, we document each one and assign a unique identification number for better traceability.

Safe Opening

Since the batteries often contain hazardous materials, the packs are opened in controlled, de-energized environments with fire and electrostatic protection.

Testing and Data Logging

We test each module and cell for capacity, SoH (State of Health), and voltage. The process involves:

  • Visual and electrical inspection to identify damage or leakage
  • OCV and IR testing to check voltage and internal resistance
  • Analysing capacity and SoH with advanced EIS diagnostics when required

The data is then stored digitally for traceability.

Grading and Sorting

We then categorize the cells as A, B, or C grade based on test results.
