    • Qualification: B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering is preferred from a Tier-I college.

  • Job Responsibility:
    • To ensure and assure that the plant is running with a defined SOP.
    • Must have experience in a liquid extraction unit (solvent recovery unit).
    • Take care of the plant’s process stack.
    • Sulfuric and hydrochloric acid handling experience is required.
    • Can plan the shift hours. Activity and control it.
    • To maintain healthy human relations and discipline among available shift personnel.
    • Report daily to the plant in charge and act according to management SOP during emergency hours.
    • Must be ready to work shift-wise.

    • Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate/Chemical Engineer with a diploma in Industrial Safety/Fire Safety.
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Job Responsibility:
    • Assist in preparing and implementing industrial hygiene and chemical safety protocols.
    • Maintain records/documentation for EHS-related activities.
    • Support EHS procedures, OCP, and aspect-impact audits.
    • Ensure compliance with the contractor safety program.
    • Conduct risk analysis and implement hazard mitigation measures.
    • Perform workplace, machine, and lifting tool inspections.
    • Oversee Work Permit System and maintain fire safety equipment.
    • Conduct fire drills, mock drills, and other safety exercises.
    • Provide training on Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant Systems, and SCBA sets.
    • Maintain fire equipment, including refilling and repairs.
    • Manage first aid support and maintain OHC equipment and supplies.
    • Monitor ETP data and ensure smooth operation.
    • Manage PPE inventory and distribution.
    • Conduct safety inductions and coordinate Toolbox Talks.
    • Organize Safety Committee Meetings and Safety Week activities.
    • Participate in Safety Audits and third-party customer audits.
    • Apply process safety knowledge (HAZOP, PSSR, HIRA, JSA).
    • Manage hazardous waste systems.
    • Analyze root causes of environmental deviations and implement corrective actions.
    • Create and deliver EHS training programs and SOP training.
